Some Video doesn't appear

Dear All,
I have installed Serviio on Dlink NAS Drive, for some reason some movies are not appearing in the movies list on Samsung TV. Also when I go to folders, it shows me the folder of that particular movie but when i open it, it doesn't show me the movie file in it. It's doesn't like like a meta tags issue, I also try to open it on my laptop but it doesn't work.
Can anyone please help?

thank you for your reply. I am running Serviio on Dlink NAS 320L device. Do i need to install ffmpeg package separately? if yes, how to do it on Dlink Nas?
Also i check the Serviio log file first time and it's saying following for movies which are appearing...

It says unknow video file type, I do have other movies in .mkv file type and they are working without any issue.

it's probably caused by an outdated ffmpeg. Check the NAS forum if someone already posted about compiling ffmpeg for the NAS.
