Some MKV files not playing on UN40D6000

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 8 and I'm having issues playing some MKV files. These files played perfectly on my old Windows 7 laptop so not sure why they are not playing now. Here is the media info for one of them. I have the correct profile selected. Any ideas what could be causing the issue?
