log4j system not initialized?

When I start Serviio 1.5.1 on my iMac with OS X 10.10.2, I get the following warning in the console:

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.serviio.console.ServiioConsole).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
log4j:WARN See http://logging.apache.org/log4j/1.2/faq.html#noconfig for more info.

The server appears to be running, but it does not detect my Panasonic DLNA TV (Bravia TC-P46S30).

What should I do? Thanks!

I still need to know why Serviio has stopped detecting my DLNA-enabled TV. It was working earlier, with the same version. Any idea how to fix this?
