Norton Says "ServiioService.exe" Unsafe

Norton Security (Norton Power Eraser) finds that "c:\Program Files\Serviio\bin\ServiioService.exe" is "bad" and recommends that it be removed.

Info:
Windows 10 x64
Norton Security v. 22.8.0.50
Serviio Pro v. 1.7.1
Properties of subject file: ServiioService.exe, size: 413,696, created: Monday, October 10, 2016, 2:22:30 AM

I sent the subject file to Norton for its analysis but it hasn't responded to me yet (not that I expect it will). Does my version of ServiioService.exe (as described above) agree as to size, date and time with the unadulterated version that is part of Serviio 1.7.1, or do I possibly have a corrupted version?

Thx.

I've heard of this occasionally in the past. The AV scanner is looking for something that the application does that it thinks is a potential issue. They need to update their internal application whitelist.

Thank you for your response.

Nevertheless, before I tell Norton "File Insight" to trust ServiioService.exe on my computer, can someone please confirm that the file properties that I posted above conform with Serviio ver. 1.7.1 instances of ServiioService.exe? That is, even if ServiioService.exe eventually makes Norton's "whitelist," I want to make sure that I'm not running a corrupted version of it, especially since Norton says that the instance of the file that I'm running is "bad" and wants to remove it.

Thanks much.
