Zip, while assisting another user, I discovered an issue with user accounts. I created a second user account and tried to change the user assignment on a device that had the original user name. It appears to save, but when I leave the Status tab and then return, the device is back to the originally assigned user. I also tried changing the user to unassigned, but the same thing happens. I can change the rating assigned to the user account that is stuck on the devices, and that works correctly. While I was testing this on several Roku players, I also tried it on a Samsung TV with the same result, so it doesn't appear to be device specific.
