Samsung BD-C5500 cant play mkv files but.....

XBMC under Windows can..

Can somone explain this.?

I have putted some *.mkv files on my Serviio install... and i cant get whem to work on my Blurayplayer, i trie to start whem but whey got laggy all the way...

I can also see the netstream seems laggy as the picture.

If i trie to look at the same files in my XBMC install on my work computer i use right now.. it's seems to work very well.. soo my thought it should be my serviio lagging out seems not be correct.

Do somone have any ideas why my Bluray player's not be able to play the files, cose i got some nice movies in MKV i cant get to see....

you must post ffmpeg -i and mediainfo data about the file to get any help with this. Also what is the specific error and what profile does the console show is being used with your device..

I can get u specific error, .. some files playes laggy ... some plays correct (this is testfiles i have tried), ... i also got a movie .. but i cant get it 2 play at all.

The profile im using is the one Serviio seems to find, Samsung C profile, .. for my BlueRay player.

How is your BD-C5500 connected to the computer running Serviio? How is the computer that you ran the movie on with XBMC connected? Also please see signature below and give information on the file that you cannot get to play.

Okey some new info, .. i have both my blueray player and the computer with xbmc connected to the same network as serviio via an .. Linksys Router.

I will post Info from Media info here, from a "shrek" testfile who is not playable at all on my Bluray player but works perfekt on XBMC.

Strange, it's the FFMpeg following Ubuntu 11.04.. but maybee it's to old if u say so.

Transformersmovie seems to work now.. a liiiiiitle bit laggy and the movie + sound seems not synced..

But anyway .. it's a walk in right direction..

Havent tried to fix the shrek movie.. but it is from a bunch of mkv testfiles soo maybee it should not work.
