about metadata [solved]

First, apologize for my English.

may already be addressed in some other post on the forum but have not been able to find.

The point is that when I select the metadata obtained from the internet, sometimes the titles of the films are changed.

I'm interested in it only adds the missing metadata leaving the existing ones as they are

Are you talking about the movie title changing? That is the title that the online database has for the title. That is not easily changed while maintaining the rest of the metadata.

perhaps a way could be that the metadata are not rewritten, only adds the missing

You could setip a special folder that uses xbmc nfo files for metadata not the online metadata. You would have use xbmc to get the initial data and then you could edit the data to what you want it to be.
