Empty folders and missing files

I gave been struggling for almost 2 weeks with Serviio.
I managed to install and connect to my TV (Samsung ua32d5000) easily and the content that I see in the folders works great
But I have some problems:
The content of folders and sub-folders of videos are not shown in full. Folders and files are missing.
My music folder is empty.
My photos folder are also show partial folders or files.

I reviewed all the forums and everything I tried to do didn’t help.
I waited long time enough that the Serviio will scan my files, i installed the plugins, I changed the folders name, I changed the profile.

Attached are log files.

Please help.

Re: Empty folders and missing files

ah ok is H an internal drive\usb drive?

ok so you have ticked every box no wonder serviio is struggling from left to right 1-5 )

1. H:\movies - tick only boxes 1, 4 and 5
2. erm cant read that language so cant say ( provide it in english and will advise )
3. see 2
4. D:\my-music - tick only boxes 2 and 6
5. E:\downloads firefox\movies - same as 1

also make sure you have your locale setting on your OS set to utf-8

Re: Empty folders and missing files

as i supected your issue is caused by a picture file that serviio doesnt like, i will put money the exif rotation data is damaged. OK remove number 3 and add it again so its then at the bottom,(leave it unticked for now ) wait till refresh is completely finished on all other folders.

ok for the next step i need to hand over to ZIP as i can see from your log that none english named folders and files have issues and that beyond my knowlege.

Re: Empty folders and missing files

it doesn't seem to be related to the non english characters. From the log it looks the images are not added because they are 'invalid' for the library Serviio uses to parse images metadata.
