Yes, assuming you have selected a profile that has an entry for dvr-ms format (look for something like <Matches container="asf" /> in the profile you are using. If you are using any one of the Panasonic profiles posted here,

it should be included.

As far as i know no not currently but a feature request could be added to request support ( zip will comment if they are supported and i just havent seen them )
