Walkthrough instalation on Ubuntu 12.04 desktop [Solved]

Hello there,
I would like to kindly ask somebody who has installed successfully Serviio 1.0 on Ubuntu 12.04 desktop 64 bit to write necessary steps to be done.

For the moment I have downloaded package for Linux from here http://www.serviio.org/download and I have tried to run it.
I found out a problem because content of mapped folder(/home/user/Videos/) is not showed as I wanted.

Please what to do and how? What should I check?

I had to install JAVA 1.7.0 - Tutorial here - http://www.devsniper.com/ubuntu-12-04-i ... n-jdk-6-7/
