Subtitles not show on my new Panasonic TV TX-L32X50M

Hi,
I bought a Panasonic TX-L32X50M and I have no luck trying to display subtitles on it.
These are the things that I know:
1. The TV can display mkv files without problem, and I can use external subtitles if I copied the two files (mkv, srt) on an usb stick.
2. Device Spy don't detect the TV. I tried to add manually the TV IP and I receive an error indicating that cannot connect.
3. I tried the 3 Panasonic profiles and the result its the same. Video is ok, but no subtitles.
4. One of my video mkv video files has soft subtitles merged on it. This file work ok and I can switch the subtitles on/off.

This is the info about the mkv file:

I tried a lot of things... but it's always the same. The subtitles option on the TV don't show any subtitle.

Thanks in advance!

Re: Subtitles not show on my new Panasonic TV

Some updates...
1. The TV is connected using Homeplug (not wifi)
2. I checked the srt files and are ANSI files, and the names match ok.
3. Using Intel "AV Media Controller" I see the subtitle resource.
I understand from another threads that the TV need to open a new connection to ask for the srt file. That is correct? I don't see this request on the log.
4. From another threads I understand that the subtitle file will be the resource #2. In my case is the #3. This is a problem?

This are the AV Media controller screen for the file:

Re: Subtitles not show on my new Panasonic TV

Looks ok to me. If the incoming requests use a Viera profile and don't ask for the srt resource, not much we can do. Maybe it doesn't srt for MKV files? Did you try it with an avi file?

Re: Subtitles not show on my new Panasonic TV

I tried now. Subtitles are ok for avi files.

There's nothing to do for mkv files, right? (without reencoding the file, of course)
