ffmpeg and map_channel

Hi,

I've some old files from a video camera that I would like to rearrange the sound from.
Some files are mono with all sound from left speaker and some are in stereo. I would like to map all channels to the center instead, ie all sound should come in mono from the center. Is that possible?

I've lurked around some and found the -map_channel switch for ffmpeg, but I don't quite get how it's supposed to work.

You can't do that with Serviio. You should be able to do it offline with FFmpeg, but I'd ask at their mailing list / IRC.
