How to Stream Your Windows PC Desktop

This is very basic to using windows. If you search for "bat" you will find articles like:

where are the instructions?
where is (and what is): the wiki ?
i have the latest versions of serviio pro and also vlc installed
i would like step by step instructions on how to stream pc desktop to dlna tv
i can already play movies from pc on tv via serviio
