Many Issues with MKV Playback - Samnsung C Series

I recently moved from windows to ubuntu and had to re-install serviio. On windows this movie was able to play with full dynamics, now for some reason its not. It plays the fist 5 minutes of the video in surround sound and full dynamics, now it does not. FFmpeg information is listed below. I've also noticed some movies dont play back at all anymore, they just give me a "not supported format" error. Lastly, some of the sound on our movies have been off sync, they weren't before when we were streaming from our windows media box fitted with serviio. The device I am trying to stream to is a C series Samsung TV. Specific model is: Model Number: LN46C630K1FXZA

-Edit- I have re-installed ffmpeg by building it manually. Most of the issues seem to be resolved


Though Rio still has issues with sound "blips" where it will randomly go to stereo then back to surround.
