Stumped with Metadata lookup

Hi,

Hope this is a simple one...I'm trying to get my files named right to get a series looked up on line...Here's the log line that's failing..

It exists in www.thetvdb.com sure enough. The name and episodes are correct yet still it fails..The only think i can see is that it's somehow classifying it as a fim, does this mean it's not even looking up against www.thetvdb.com.

Can anyone help ?

For my TV series, I have the season and episode together with no spaces.

Hawaii Five-O S01E03 Full Fathom Five.mkv

Don't know if it makes a difference. I use Filebot to ensure my file names are acceptable to theTVDB.com, since that is one of the available on line sources it will check against. Sometimes it's as simple as a space missing or needed.

Try removing the space between Sxx and Exx
