kdl40nx720 subs and video

hallo, i am new here i was using windows media for dlna but some large files .avi and some HD didnt even apear on the list of movies.
then i installed serviio and apear and playing with a little delay probably cause of my old pc , but now the old movies dont even show the subittles which are embeded with aviaddsubs program, and also from full screen now only shows them in the 1/3 of the screen. what can i do fix the full screen and see the subtitles i tryed almost all , (same folder same name subs) (embed subs) (-eng sub) nothing changed..

have you enables transcoding and subs in serviio ?

yes , i trying anything i search and thought google for serviio problems but nothing

Which profile are you using for the device (Serviio Console, Status tab). It sounds like your AVI files are being transcoded (which will strip the embedded subs).

Can you please also post MediaInfo information for some of the files that do not work? It may not be related to size of the file, but more likely to the format of the video or audio stream.

What profile are you using?

i am using the sony 2010 as i saw in some posts
