problem with summary and picture on tv show

hi. i'm installed serviio on my NAS synology ds231j and i use seviiodroid like console but i have some problem to show image and summary of tv show (metadata), For the film i have not prolem. For example i have like this in the folder





but in the folder "show tv" i saw only 6 fle on 10 on i don't seen the picture ad sunmary. I saw like that:



I tried to change the name of file in "castle S01E01" but there is the same problem
in app serviidroid i set up search on metadata on line
please help me

Hi all Cant for my life get tvshow "Bitten" to show the poster picture? and useing XBMC nfo files dosent seem to work, all shows show poster if i use online source exept "Bitten"?
anyone get any idea how to use XBMC only and be able to se posters in tvshows? the rest movies seems to work.
i have this in bitten folder.

In XBMC all works perfekt.

Hi. I don't understood because the cover of singol episode of house of Cards is correct but the principal cover of the serie is wrong. It shows the cover of house of Cards trinity. The name of file is "house of Cards (2013) 1x1.mkw". Thanks

That's strange. I have mine named "Hawaii Five-O SxxExx.MKV" with no issues. However, if I use 0 instead of O (number instead of capital letter) I get the remake, not the original.

You can't choose to use local files for just one series. It's all or nothing, in that if you use the online databases, it uses online for everything. It doesn't matter if you have anything local for a particular movie or series. There's been discussion about Serviio using local files if found, and use online otherwise, but I have no idea if it went anywhere.

I tried that many moons ago and it did not work.

In any case, I got Hawaii.Five0.2010 to work in the end.

it's probably got the series image earlier wrong. You'd have to remove the whole series, refresh, add it back, refresh.

Which second card? Seasons dont have any image.
