Hi I'm also having some problems with the Youtube plugin. I have Serviio installed on Synology NAS and music and loval videos works perfectly. When I have added the online souces with proper RSS-atom. Using my LG Home Cinema (BH6520TN) I can see only you tube video, there is no sound! Using Playstation 3 there is nothing. I have tried to play with changing the profile but it didn't help. Maybe I should play with profiles xml file and add some online transcoding info but I have no idea which ones Turning on / off transcodig also didn't help.

I would like to use my LG to play it (the one I have only video, no sound) so the problem with PS3 is not so important. Thanks

I've read that when logged in, users in the UK can access full 4oD content (apart from US shows) including Demand Five
Since 4oD are using their new streams format, this seems to be the only way to watch new 4oD content
Without logging in, only selected few shows are displayed in Serviio

Yes. The one from 29/9/2012. I have enabled full logging and replaced http with https in a single video link, but with no success.

I think youtube have changed things there end again as im getting there are no titles on youtube folders via my PS3 damn you google

Thank you for this great plugin.
But i have a problem with it.

First, it workes fine with my Samsung TV with each youtube video.
BUT i can´t get the playlist work.

My generated Link:

I see the videos on my TV and i also can choose them.
When i click on play it loads and i get after some time a error "Network connection cancel"
Other youtube videos works, only the playlist won´t work
And it does not generate a log entry.
Any suggestion?

I tried the chrome plugin.
Same result, i see the videos on my TV when i click play i get network connection fails...

Okay now i scrolled down, and there is one video with a cover.

I just have the problem with playlists...other added Videos workes fine.

It plays fine on my TV... could it be region locked not to play on your county...

Yes i added UKF Dupstep, same.

There is no region lock, or not to austira...i can watch the videos on my PC and even with Mediabrowser from serviio.
I think there is a buffering problem or something else.

I´m a newbie on serviio and DLNA/UPNP-stuff. Hope you guys can help me out here.

Got Serviio running on a Synology ds212j nas and installed the youtube plugin and one rss source.
In my DLNA apps(Bubbleupnp) on my android devices, a TF101 tablet and a MK808 android tv stick, I can play the youtube videos listed by serviio but there´s no audio!

Tried to different videoplayers: MX, Dice and between hardware and software encoding but still no sound.

So what am I doing wrong? Or is there compability problems between serviio and android devices?

is there a way to force the video quality in one particular feed? I want all other youtube feeds to remain at standard high quality but this particular feed, the videos just keep on playing with error. All videos from this feed will play for 1 min or so and then get stuck. Wait while later, around 30sec of the video skipped.
