Can not connect to Serviio Server, it does not appear to be

Hi, I recently had a memory stick in my computer go bad, so during the process of figuring out what was wrong, I had to system restore to a few weeks ago. When I got everything up and running again, it gave me the error "Can not connect to Serviio server, it does not appear to be online." I have confirmed that the service is indeed running. When I click on the Serviio Console, it waits for a while, then returns with the previous error. I uninstalled both Serviio and Java several times and used the old Java version uninstaller. I reinstalled both Serviio and Java and continue to get this error. I will attach a detailed log report of my most recent attempt. Thank you in advance for your help!

The server is on the same machine. The service is running and it can be accessed by different devices around the house but there is no media in the folders because I reinstalled it and have not been able to set up the folders in the console.

I have attached another log detailed log file after it ran overnight and I got the can not connect to server message a couple more times, just in case it showed something different.
